广州市终末期肾病患者血液透析服务需求调查

【摘要】：目的探究正在接受血液透析和将要接受血液透析服务的终末期肾病患者对透析中心各项服务的重视程度及其影响因素,为透析中心的服务提升提出有针对性的建议。方法采用问卷调查,调查内容包括病人对透析中心的技术、便捷性、经济性、连续性、美誉度、硬件和组织形式等方面的需求。采取便利抽样方法,选取广州市三级医院和二级医院各一家,共计100名患者,最终有效问卷97份。以描述性研究、方差分析、有序多分类Logistic回归的方法进行分析。结果患者对医疗技术水平、经济性和便捷性三个维度的重要程度评分分别为4.4、4.2和3.5(满分5分),而且评分不受其他因素影响。患者对透析中心的服务连续性、美誉度、硬件和组织形式的重视程度的评分低于上述三个维度,且受到患者的透析经历、所在透析医院的等级、患者的收入水平等因素的影响。结论在保证医疗技术水平、服务经济性和便捷性的前提下,根据对患者的不同特征提供其侧重点不同的服务,以提高透析中心质量,达到患者的需求。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the importance and influencing factors of end-stage nephropathy patients undergoing hemodialysis and hemodialysis services, and to put forward some suggestions for the improvement of hemodialysis centers. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the needs of the patients for dialysis centers in terms of technology, convenience, economy, continuity, reputation, hardware and organizational form. A total of 100 patients were selected and 97 valid questionnaires were obtained. Descriptive analysis, ANOVA and ordered multi-classification Logistic regression were used to analyze. Results the scores of the patients' importance to the three dimensions of medical technology level, economy and convenience were 4.4 and 3.5 respectively (the full score was 5 and the score was not affected by other factors). The scores of service continuity, reputation, hardware and organizational form of dialysis center were lower than those of the above three dimensions, and were influenced by the dialysis experience, the grade of the dialysis hospital and the income level of the patients. Conclusion in order to improve the quality of dialysis centers and meet the needs of patients, we can provide different services according to different characteristics of patients on the premise of ensuring the level of medical technology, economy of service and convenience.
