【摘要】：正患者男性,36岁,因头晕、头痛2年,加重伴全身间断浮肿半年入院。患者自述2年前无明显诱因出现头痛、头晕,当地确诊为高血压病,未服用任何药物治疗,半年前出现眼睑浮肿,晨起时加重,当地医院以"肾病综合征"收入院,病程中出现头痛、头晕、心慌、气短。既往有2年的慢性乙型病毒性肝炎病史,否认"冠心病、糖尿病病史"。查体:双下肢中度浮肿,余未见明显异常。乙肝六项:HBsAg、HBeAb和
