术中膀胱穿刺造瘘及冲洗液温度对前列腺电切术后高龄患者并发症的影响

【摘要】：目的探讨经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)术中膀胱穿刺造瘘及冲洗液温度对高龄前列腺增生(BPH)患者术后并发症的影响。方法选取行TURP高龄患者100例。实验组50例,术中采用膀胱穿刺造瘘及温度35℃~36℃灌注液;对照组50例,术中未进行膀胱穿刺造瘘,采用常规灌注液(温度23℃~25℃)。比较两组术后急性心力衰竭、下肢静脉血栓形成、膀胱痉挛、尿管堵塞及72 h内出血的发生率。结果实验组术后急性心力衰竭、下肢静脉血栓、膀胱痉挛、血凝块堵塞尿管及72 h内出血发生率明显均低于对照组(P0.01)。结论高龄BPH患者TURP术中采用膀胱穿刺造瘘及35℃~36℃灌注液,可减少术后并发症的发生。
