【摘要】:目的:研究CUEDC2对单侧输尿管梗阻(UUO)小鼠肾组织炎症反应及间质纤维化的作用。方法:Balb/c小鼠30只,随机分为假手术组、UUO组和CUEDC2治疗组。HE及Masson染色观察肾脏病理改变;ELISA法检测炎症因子表达;免疫组化法检测肾组织CUEDC2表达;Western Blot检测CUEDC2、纤连蛋白(Fibronectin)、钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)、胶原蛋白I型(Collagen Ⅰ)表达。结果 :术后7、14 d,CUEDC2治疗组的肾间质纤维化相对面积、炎症因子ICAM1、MCP1、IL-1、IL-8表达及Fibronectin、CollagenⅠ表达均较UUO组明显减少(P0.05),E-cadherin表达明显增加(P0.05)。结论:CUEDC2可以抑制多种炎症因子表达,减少间质胶原沉积,减轻肾脏纤维化。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the effect of CUEDC2 on renal inflammation and interstitial fibrosis in unilateral ureteral obstruction (UUO) mice. Methods Thirty male Balb / c mice were randomly divided into sham-operation group (UUO) group and CUEDC2 treatment group. He and Masson staining were used to detect the expression of inflammatory factors in the kidney. The expressions of CUEDC2, fibronectin, E-cadherin and collagen I in renal tissue were detected by Western blot.
