持续床旁肾替代疗法治疗重症急性胰腺炎合并急性肾损伤的疗效观察

【摘要】：目的探究持续床旁肾替代疗法治疗重症急性胰腺炎合并急性肾损伤的治疗效果。方法随机选取我院2016年1月至2017年1月收治的78例重症急性胰腺炎合并急性肾损伤的患者,按照是否接受续床旁肾替代治疗将所有患者均分为实验组与对照组,实验组39例患者接受床旁肾替代治疗,对照组39例患者未接受,比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果实验组有26例患者基本治愈,有3例患者死亡,对照组有18例患者基本治愈,有12例患者死亡,实验组治疗后血清肌酐、尿素氮、24h尿量与治疗前相比降幅远大于对照组,数据具有差异性,具有统计意义(P0.05)。结论对于CRRT重症急性胰腺炎合并急性肾损伤的患者给予持续床旁肾替代治疗能有效清除炎症介质,缩短患者住院时间,提高患者临床治疗效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the therapeutic effect of continuous bedside renal replacement therapy on severe acute pancreatitis with acute renal injury. Methods 78 patients with severe acute pancreatitis with acute renal injury from January 2016 to January 2017 were randomly selected. In the experimental group, 39 patients in the experimental group received bedside renal replacement therapy, 39 patients in the control group were unaccepted and compared with the two groups of patients. Results in the experimental group, 26 patients were basically cured, 3 patients died, 18 patients in the control group were basically cured and 12 patients died. The serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, 24h urine volume and treatment in the experimental group were treated after treatment. Compared with the control group before treatment, the data are different and have statistical significance (P0.05). Conclusion continuous bedside renal replacement therapy for patients with CRRT severe acute pancreatitis with acute renal injury can effectively remove the inflammatory mediators, shorten the patient's time of hospitalization, and raise the clinical therapeutic effect of the patients.
