福建地区上尿路结石住院病人的流行病学特征

【摘要】：目的总结分析南京军区福州总院住院病人上尿路结石的流行病学特征。方法收集我院2008年7月1日至2012年12月31日上尿路结石患者住院病历资料并进行统计学分析。结果4698例上尿路结石患者肾结石3037例（64.65%），肾输尿管结石723例（15.39%），输尿管结石938例（19.96%）；男女比例1.85:1；总体患病年龄及男女患病年龄分布均为41-60岁构成比最高，平均患病年龄（52.09±15.05）岁且男女性别之间无统计学差异（P0.05）；肾结石患者平均患病年龄高于肾输尿管结石、输尿管结石患者，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；不同性别结石部位构成比差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；福州市各地区中，仓山区、长乐市、连江县三个地区的平均患病年龄均低于鼓楼区平均患病年龄（P0.05）。结论福建地区上尿路结石患者流行病学特征与其他地区相似，，也存在一定差异。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize and analyze the epidemiological characteristics of upper urinary calculi in Fuzhou General Hospital of Nanjing military region. Methods the medical records of upper urinary calculi in our hospital from July 1, 2008 to December 31, 2012 were collected and statistically analyzed. Results there were 3037 cases (64.65%) of renal calculi, 723 cases (15.39%) of renal calculi and 938 cases (19.96%) of ureteral calculi in 4698 patients with upper urinary calculi. The mean age of disease was (52.09 卤15.05) years and there was no statistical difference between male and female (P0.05), the average age of renal calculi was higher than that of ureteral calculi, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). There was no significant difference between different sex stone site composition ratio (P0.05); in Fuzhou, Cangshan District, Changle City, Lianjiang County, the average age of disease were lower than the average age of Gulou District (P0.05). Conclusion the epidemiological characteristics of upper urinary calculi in Fujian are similar to those in other regions.
