前列腺等离子电切组织α1-肾上腺素受体的分布情况研究

【摘要】:目的了解前列腺无炎症增生组织和合并炎症增生组织α1肾上腺素受体(α1-AR)的分布情况。方法选取30例良性前列腺增生(BPH)患者,收集经尿道前列腺等离子电切术后前列腺增生组织,采用双免疫组织化学法,观察前列腺增生组织中α1-AR 3种亚型的染色光密度(OD)和切片组织炎症细胞的浸润情况。结果 12例前列腺标本切片未发现炎症细胞浸润,18例前列腺标本切片有炎症细胞浸润。前列腺无炎症增生组织α受体亚型α1A-AR、α1B-AR、α1D-AR的OD值与合并炎症增生组织比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论前列腺无炎症增生组织与合并炎症增生组织的α受体亚型α1A-AR、α1B-AR、α1D-AR含量无差异。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the distribution of 伪 1 adrenoceptor (伪 1 1-AR) in benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods 30 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) were collected from 30 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) after transurethral plasma resection of prostate (TURP). The staining optical density (OD) of three subtypes of 伪 1-AR and the infiltration of inflammatory cells in sections of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) were observed. Results inflammatory cell infiltration was not found in 12 prostate specimens and inflammatory cell infiltration was found in 18 prostate specimens. The OD values of 伪 -receptor subtypes 伪 1A-AR, 伪 1B-ARand 伪 1D-AR in prostatic non-inflammatory hyperplasia tissues were not significantly different from those in complicated inflammatory hyperplasia tissues (P0.05). Conclusion there is no difference in 伪 -receptor subtypes 伪 _ 1A-AR, 伪 _ 1B-ARand 伪 _ 1D-AR between benign prostatic hyperplasia and benign prostatic hyperplasia.
