前列腺组织学炎症程度及血清hs-CRP水平与BPH患者总前列腺体积、国际前列腺症状评分的关系

【摘要】:目的观察前列腺组织学炎症程度及血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平与良性前列腺增生(BPH)患者总前列腺体积(TPV)、国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)的关系。方法 BPH患者302例,按照是否合并前列腺组织学炎症将患者分为不伴组织学炎症组(195例)和伴组织学炎症组(107例),并按照血清hs-CRP是否正常分为hsCRP正常组(213例)和hs-CRP升高组(89例),比较不伴组织学炎症组与伴组织学炎症组IPSS、TPV、前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)、PSA密度(PSAD),比较hs-CRP正常组与hs-CRP升高组IPSS、TPV、PSA、PSAD。使用Spearman等级相关性分析前列腺组织学炎症程度及血清hs-CRP水平与IPSS、TPV、PSA、PSAD的关系。结果伴组织学炎症组、不伴组织学炎症组TPV分别为56.22(36.76~79.03)、43.04(30.32~66.09)m L,IPSS分别为19.0(12.0~24.0)、15.0(7.0~22.0)分,PSA分别为10.60(7.79~18.86)、10.07(5.20~16.59)ng/m L,PSAD分别为0.20(0.12~0.35)、0.19(0.11~0.40)ng/(m L·cm3),两组IPSS、TPV比较,P均0.05。前列腺组织学炎症程度与IPSS、TPV呈正相关(r分别为0.14、0.18,P均0.05)。hs-CRP升高组、hs-CRP正常组TPV分别为45.86(33.95~66.92)、45.73(30.55~71.95)m L,IPSS分别为18.0(10.5~26.0)、16.0(7.0~22.0)分,PSA分别为11.93(6.23~22.98)、9.87(6.17~15.21)ng/m L,PSAD分别为0.23(0.10~0.51)、0.19(0.12~0.32)ng/(m L·cm3),两组IPSS、PSA比较,P均0.05。血清hs-CRP与IPSS、PSA呈正相关(r分别为0.19、0.12,P0.05或0.01)。结论前列腺组织学炎症程度与BPH患者IPSS、TPV有关,血清hs-CRP水平与IPSS、PSA有关。
