爱维莫潘对根治性全膀胱切除术后胃肠道及住院时间影响的Meta分析

【摘要】：目的:通过Meta分析,评价爱维莫潘对根治性全膀胱切除术后胃肠道及住院时间的影响。方法:通过检索Cochrane Library、Pubmed、Web of Science,检索2000年至2017年公开发表的文献。排除不符合要求的文献,根据Jadad量表以及Newcastle-Ottawa量表进行质量评价并提取相关数据,用Rev man 5.3软件进行Meta分析。评价指标为术后常规饮食时间、住院时间、术后肠梗阻发生率。结果:总共纳入8篇文献,经Meta分析提示,爱维莫潘组的术后常规饮食时间短于对照组(HR 1.24,95%CI[1.12-1.38],P0.0001),爱维莫潘组的住院时间短于对照组(WMD-1.16,95%CI[-1.58,-0.73],P0.00001),爱维莫潘组的术后肠梗阻发生率低于对照组(OR 0.27,95%CI[0.16-0.48],P0.00001)。结论:应用爱维莫潘能使根治性全膀胱切除术患者的术后常规饮食时间和住院时间缩短,术后肠梗阻发生率降低。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the effect of ivermosan on gastrointestinal tract and hospital stay after radical cystectomy by Meta analysis. Methods: the literature published from 2000 to 2017 was searched by Cochrane Library,Pubmed,Web of Science,. According to the Jadad scale and the Newcastle-Ottawa scale, the quality evaluation was carried out and the relevant data were extracted. The Meta analysis was carried out with Rev man 5.3 software. The evaluation indexes were routine diet time, hospitalization time and incidence of postoperative intestinal obstruction. Results: a total of 8 articles were included. The results of Meta analysis showed that the postoperative routine diet time of the Evermosan group was shorter than that of the control group (HR 1.24 卤95 CI [1.12-1.38] P 0.0001), the hospitalization time of the Avermosan group was shorter than that of the control group (WMD-1.16,95%CI [-1.58h-0.73] P 0.00001), and the incidence of postoperative intestinal obstruction in the Evermosan group was lower than that in the control group (OR 0.27995 CI [0.16-0.48] P 0.00001). Conclusion: the routine diet time and hospitalization time of patients undergoing radical cystectomy were shortened and the incidence of intestinal obstruction was decreased.
