气温变化对精液检查结果的影响

【摘要】:目的探讨气温变化对无精子症、极重度少精子症、精液量、精子浓度、精子前向运动、精子总活力、精子存活率的影响。方法对收集的4 194份精液标本,根据检查当天的日平均气温,将所有标本分为5个组:其中日平均气温A组≤15℃、15℃B组≤20℃、20℃C组≤25℃、25℃D组≤30℃、30℃E组,分别比较各组间无精子症、极重度少精子症(浓度小于1×10~6·m L~(-1))的比例及精液量、精子浓度、精子前向运动、精子总活力、精子存活率是否存在差异。结果 5组间的无精子症比例差异无统计学意义,而D、E两组的极重度少精子症比例明显高于A、B、C 3组(P0.05)。A组精液量(3.58±1.49)m L最多,E组精液量(3.29±1.50)m L最少,A组精液量显著高于E组(P0.05),而B、C、D 3组间差异无统计学意义;精子浓度BACED,A、B、C 3组的精子浓度明显高于D、E两组(P0.05);前向运动精子比率:ACBDE,A、B、C 3组明显高于D、E两组(P0.05);精子总活力、精子存活率的比较结果跟前向运动精子比率比较结果类似,均为A、B、C 3组明显高于D、E两组(P0.05)。结论气温变化对精液质量有明显影响,气温25℃时极重度少精子症的比例明显升高,气温15℃时精液量最多,而气温25℃时,精子的浓度、前向运动、总活力、存活率均明显优于气温大于25℃时。
