Xp11.2易位性肾癌一例

【摘要】：正患者女,8岁。发现血尿并右腰部疼痛1天。无发热,无尿频、尿急、尿痛,无外伤史。体检:右侧肾区叩痛。实验室检查:尿潜血+++,尿蛋白++,红细胞12200个/μl。影像学表现:CT平扫示右肾体积稍增大,右肾上极见一大小约30 mm×30 mm×27 mm稍低密度肿块,边界不清,密度不均,CT值约33~43 HU,肿块前外缘见弧形条状钙化;
[Abstract]:The patient is 8 years old. Hematuria was found with pain in the right waist for 1 day. No fever, no frequency of urination, urinal pain, no history of trauma. Physical examination: right renal area percussive pain. Laboratory examination: urine occult blood, urine protein, red blood cell 12200 / 渭 l. The CT scan showed that the volume of the right kidney was slightly enlarged, and a slightly low density mass of 30 mm 脳 30 mm 脳 27 mm was seen in the upper pole of the right kidney. The boundary was not clear, and the CT value was about 33 ~ 43 HU,. The radial calcification was seen in the outer edge of the mass.
