宫内节育器异位致输尿管梗阻1例报告

【摘要】：正1病例简介患者,女,32岁,因"反复下腹痛1+年"于2015年10月20日收入院。患者2005年于当地医院足月分娩,分娩后4月置节育环,术中、术后无腹痛、阴道出血,未再监测节育器情况。2006年带环妊娠,足月分娩,分娩后当地医院B超提示宫内无节育器,未重视,予结扎。2014年出现下腹痛,伴腰酸,无余不适,于当地医院抗生素治疗好转,病情反复。2015年6月3日就诊于
[Abstract]:Case profile, female, 32 years old, admitted to hospital on Oct 20, 2015 due to repeated lower abdominal pain for 1 year. The patient gave birth at the local hospital in 2005, and placed a birth control ring 4 months after delivery. During the operation, there was no abdominal pain, vaginal bleeding and no monitoring of the IUD. In 2006, the pregnancy with ring, the term delivery, and the B ultrasound in the local hospital after delivery indicated that there was no intrauterine device. Do not pay attention to, give ligation.
