丹参饮对化疗后气阴两虚型膀胱癌患者胃肠道抑制及免疫功能的影响

【摘要】：目的:探讨丹参饮对膀胱癌患者化疗后胃肠道抑制及免疫功能的影响,并探讨其作用机制。方法:将重庆市中医院收治的膀胱癌患者140例均行化疗治疗,随机抽取70例于化疗期间服用丹参饮(观察组),其余70例为对照组。比较两组胃肠道抑制比例,化疗前后细胞免疫和体液免疫指标水平、自然杀伤(natural killer,NK)细胞水平及血清相关因子水平。结果:化疗后24 h内,对照组Ⅲ~Ⅳ比例高于观察组(P0.05),对照组0级比例低于观察组(P0.05)。在72 h内,观察组0级比例高于对照组(P0.05),Ⅰ~Ⅱ和Ⅲ~Ⅳ比例均低于对照组(P0.05)。化疗后,两组患者CD3~+,CD4~+和CD4~+/CD8~+均较化疗前降低(P0.05),CD8~+水平均较化疗前升高(P0.05);观察组CD3~+,CD4~+和CD4~+/CD8~+的变化程度均小于对照组(P0.05)。化疗后,两组患者免疫球蛋白A(immunoglobulin A,IgA)和免疫球蛋白M(immunoglobulin M,IgM)水平均较化疗前降低(P0.05)。化疗后,两组患者NK细胞水平均低于化疗前(P0.05),观察组下降幅度小于对照组(P0.05)。化疗后,观察组的白细胞介素-12(interleukin-12,IL-12)和肿瘤坏死因子(tumor necrosis factor,TNF)-α水平低于对照组(P0.05)。结论:在化疗时,加服丹参饮可有效降低患者的胃肠道抑制,并更好的调节患者免疫功能。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of Danshen decoction on gastrointestinal inhibition and immune function after chemotherapy in bladder cancer patients and its mechanism.
