抗磷脂酶A2受体抗体表达在特发性膜性肾病人肾组织及血液中的检测价值

【摘要】：目的:探讨抗磷脂酶A2受体抗体检测在特发性膜性肾病人肾组织及血液中的表达价值。方法:选择特发性膜性肾病50例作为特发性膜性肾病组,非特发性膜性肾病50例作为非特发性膜性肾病组,体检健康者50例作为健康对照组,都进行肾功能常规指标的检测、抗磷脂酶A2受体(PLA2R)抗体的血清ELISA法检测和肾组织的免疫组化分析。结果:特发性膜性肾病组和非特发性膜性肾病组的血清血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(CREA)、血尿酸(UA)和血清白蛋白(ALB)值与健康对照组对比有统计学意义(P0.05)。ELISA法检测显示PLA2R在特发性膜性肾病组、非特发性膜性肾病组和健康对照组中的表达量分别为(834.24±133.33)ng/L、(145.93±103.88)ng/L和(25.02±11.98)ng/L;PLA2R在特发性膜性肾病组、非特发性膜性肾病组和健康对照组中的表达阳性率分别为68.0%、16.0%和0.0%(P0.05)。在特发性膜性肾病患者中,Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期患者的PLA2R表达阳性率分别为53.3%、80.0%和100.0%,PLA2R表达阳性率与病理分期存在明显正相关性(P0.05)。结论:特发性膜性肾病人伴随有明显的肾功能异常,肾组织及血液中的抗磷脂酶A2受体抗体检测都呈现高表达状况。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression of anti phospholipase A 2 receptor antibody in renal tissue and blood of idiopathic membranous kidney patients. Methods: 50 cases of idiopathic membranous nephropathy were selected as idiopathic membranous nephropathy group, 50 cases of non-idiopathic membranous nephropathy group as non-idiopathic membranous nephropathy group and 50 healthy persons as healthy control group. Detection of anti phospholipase A 2 receptor (PLA2R) antibody by serum ELISA assay and immunohistochemical analysis of renal tissue. Results: serum urea nitrogen (BUN),) and serum creatinine (CREA),) in patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy and non-idiopathic membranous nephropathy were studied. The serum uric acid (UA) and serum albumin (ALB) levels were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group (P0.05). ELISA test showed that PLA2R was in the idiopathic membranous nephropathy group. The expression levels in non-idiopathic membranous nephropathy group and healthy control group were (834.24 卤133.33) ng/L, (145.93 卤103.88) ng/L and (25.02 卤11.98) ng/L;, respectively.
