HER-2、△NP63在膀胱尿路上皮癌中的表达及临床意义

【摘要】：目的:探讨HER-2、△NP63在膀胱尿路上皮癌中的表达与患者临床病理特征的关系。方法:收集58例术后确诊为膀胱尿路上皮癌及10例正常膀胱粘膜病理切片,应用免疫组化技术,检测HER-2及△NP63蛋白的表达,分析其与患者的临床病理特征的关系。结果:1、膀胱癌组织中HER-2和△NP63的阳性表达率分别为60.3%,86.2%,均明显高于正常膀胱组织(p0.05)。2、HER-2的阳性表达率和表达强度均随肿瘤的病理分级升高及临床分期增高逐渐增强,差异有统计学意义(p0.05)。△NP63阳性表达率只与病理分级相关,随着病理分级的升高而增强(p0.05),表达率和表达强度与膀胱癌的临床分期间无显著性差异(p0.05)。3、HER-2和△NP63的阳性表达率呈正相关(p0.05),但两者与患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤大小及数目无明显相关(p0.05)。结论:HER-2与△NP63表达增强可能对膀胱癌的发生发展起着促进的作用,联合检测更有助于对膀胱尿路上皮癌的临床分期的判断。
[Abstract]:Objective: To study the relationship between the expression of HER-2 and TNP63 in the bladder urothelial carcinoma and the clinicopathological characteristics of the patients. Methods:58 cases of bladder urothelial carcinoma and 10 normal bladder mucosa pathological sections were collected, and the expression of HER-2 and pNPY 63 protein was detected by immunohistochemistry, and the relationship with the clinical and pathological characteristics of the patients was analyzed. Results: The positive expression rates of HER-2 and HER-2 in bladder cancer tissues were 60.3% and 86.2%, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (p0.05). The positive expression rate of PNP63 was related to the pathological grade, and with the increase of the pathological grade (p0.05), the expression rate and the expression intensity were not significantly different (p0.05). The positive expression rate of HER-2 and pNPY 63 was positively correlated (p0.05), but both were related to the age and sex of the patient. There was no significant correlation between the size and number of the tumor (p0.05). Conclusion: The expression of HER-2 and NPY 63 may play an important role in the development of bladder cancer.
