外源性抑炎因子GHRP-2对脓毒性AKI的干预作用

【摘要】:目的研究外源性抑炎因子生长激素释放多肽-2(GHRP-2)对脓毒性急性肾损伤(AKI)的干预作用。方法选取SD大鼠80只,以牛磺胆酸钠胰胆管注射法建立重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)大鼠为脓毒症模型,将大鼠随机分为2组各40只,分别为对照组和干预组。对照组腹腔内注射生理盐水,干预组腹腔内注射GHRP-2。观察两组大鼠血清肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)以及肾组织丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平变化。结果给药后0 h两组大鼠血清Cr、BUN水平及肾组织MDA、SOD水平差异均无统计学意义(P0.05);给药后6、12及24 h干预组大鼠血清Cr、BUN水平明显低于对照组(P0.05),肾组织MDA水平低于对照组(P0.05),肾组织SOD水平高于对照组(P0.05)。结论 GHRP-2对脓毒性AKI大鼠可降低血清Cr、BUN水平,增强肾组织SOD活性,降低肾组织MDA水平,对肾脏具有保护作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the intervention effect of exogenous anti-inflammatory factor growth hormone releasing polypeptide-2 (GHRP-2) on (AKI) in septic acute renal injury. Methods 80 SD rats were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n = 40) and intervention group (n = 40). The sepsis model of (SAP) rats with severe acute pancreatitis was established by injecting sodium taurocholate into pancreatic duct. Normal saline was injected into the abdominal cavity of the control group and GHRP-2. was injected intraperitoneally in the intervention group. The changes of serum creatinine (Cr), urea nitrogen (BUN), malondialdehyde (MDA) (MDA) and SOD (SOD) levels in renal tissue were observed in the two groups. Results there was no significant difference in serum Cr,BUN level and MDA,SOD level in renal tissue between the two groups at 0 h after administration (P 0.05). At 6 h, 12 h and 24 h after administration, the serum Cr,BUN level in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05), the MDA level in renal tissue was lower than that in the control group (P 0.05), and the SOD level in renal tissue was higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion GHRP-2 can decrease the level of serum Cr,BUN, enhance the activity of SOD in renal tissue and decrease the level of MDA in renal tissue of septic AKI rats. It has protective effect on kidney.
