混合性尿失禁行耻骨后尿道中段悬吊术中尿道及膀胱复合损伤一例

【摘要】：正一、病例摘要患者女,48岁,主因"咳嗽漏尿伴尿急3年余,加重2 年"于2015-05-11入院。患者3年前开始出现重体力劳动及情绪激动后漏尿,伴白天排尿次数增多,夜尿,偶有尿急,不能憋尿。近两年来上述症状加重,白天排尿次数8 次以上,夜尿2次,尿急每日约1次,急迫性尿失禁一日1次,膀胱过度活动症(OAB)评分9分:白天排尿次数1分,夜尿2分,尿急3分,急迫性尿失禁3分。无盆腔器官脱垂表现。一小时尿垫试验结果为31.5 g,符合重度压力性尿失禁(SUI)。尿动力试验提示膀胱容量增大,感觉容受性正常,最大尿道内压94 cm H_2O,腹压漏尿点压
[Abstract]:The female patient, 48 years old, was admitted to hospital in 2015 / 05 because of cough leakage with urination urgency for more than 3 years and aggravation for 2 years. Three years ago, the patient began to leak urine after heavy physical labor and emotional excitement, with the increase of urination times during the day, nocturnal urination, occasionally urgent urine, can not hold urine. In the past two years, the above symptoms were aggravated, including more than 8 times of urination during the day, 2 times of nocturnal urination, about once a day of urination, once a day of urgent urinary incontinence, 9 points of (OAB) score of bladder hyperactivity, 1 score of urination times during the day, 2 points of nocturnal urination, 3 points of urgent urinary incontinence. There was no prolapse of pelvic organs. The results of one hour urine pad test were 31.5g, which was in accordance with (SUI). Of severe stress urinary incontinence. The urodynamic test showed that the bladder volume was increased, the sensory tolerance was normal, the maximum urethral pressure was 94 cm H 鈮，
