PAX8和CD24在肾细胞癌中的表达及预后判断中的意义

　　目的：探讨PAX8和CD24在肾细胞癌中的表达方式和预后判断中的意义,为肾细胞癌寻找一个新的预后预测因子和治疗靶点。材料和方法：收集2005年1月到2009年12月期间100例肾癌根治术后的病理标本,使用免疫组化方法分析PAX8和CD24在100例肾细胞癌的组织切片标本和18例癌旁肾组织标本中的表达。使用半定量分析法将所有标本分成3组,阳性细胞数1-10%为1+；阳性细胞数11-50%为2+；阳性细胞数大于51%为3+。使用定性分析法将所有标本分成2组,即弱表达组和强表达组。根据临床病理参数采用卡方检验（X2检验）分析PAX8和CD24的表达关系,使用生存率估计法（Kaplan-Meier method）分析无疾病进展生存率（PFS）和疾病特异性生存率（DSS）,使用对数秩检验（Log-rank test）分析两者表达差异。此外,我们使用Cox比例风险模型分析PAX8和CD24作为肾细胞癌预后标记物的独立性,瘤旁组织作为阳性对照。结果1.18例癌旁肾组织（100%）和84例（84/100）肾细胞癌中检测到PAX8的表达,PAX8在肾透明细胞癌中的表达率为85.5%,在肾嫌色细胞癌中的表...
