恩格列净通过调节缺氧诱导因子1α减轻高糖诱导的近端肾小管上皮细胞损伤

目的糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)是糖尿病严重的慢性微血管并发症之一,根据中国肾脏病监控网络(China Kidney Disease Network,CK-NET)2019年发布的《中国肾脏病年度报告》数据显示,糖尿病肾病已超过肾小球肾炎,成为慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)的首位病因,占总体病因的27.0%。糖尿病肾病是一个异质性的疾病,目前的治疗策略包括严格的血糖、血压、血脂控制等多危险因素干预疗法。自从1994年肾素-血管紧张素系统抑制剂(renin angiotensin system inhibitor,RASI)卡托普利可以降低1型糖尿病患者的蛋白尿,2004年发现氯沙坦可以降低2型糖尿病患者的蛋白尿,保护肾功能外,没有其他药物证明可以降低糖尿病肾脏疾病的进展。直到2019年,Credence(Canagliflozin and Renal Events in Diabetes with Established Nephropathy Clinical Evaluation)研究发现卡格列净可以显著减少2型糖...
