摘要
随着现代医学的发展,医用X光机为人类某些疾病的诊断和治疗提供了有力的技术支持和保障,应用的范围也越来越广。现有的X光机频率较低,,整个X光机体积较大,X射线效率低,无用的软射线剂量多,使得成像质量较差,而且X光机高压电源输出电压的上升时间长,使得医生和患者受到的X射线伤害增加。所以,人们对X光机的要求越来越高。
X光机高压电源是X光机重要组成部分,其频率的大小与电压的可调性决定了X光机成像质量与疾病诊断范围。本文就X光机高压电源的频率和电压可调性,分别从相关的理论分析及系统仿真模型,结合具体的实验平台,深入研究影响X光机成像质量的因素以及其改进效果,并通过实验对理论仿真结果进行验证。
论文首先阐述了x光机高压电源的结构和工作原理,在分析影响x光机成像质量的因素基础之上,将两相交错并联BoostPFC和全桥LLC谐振变换器应用于医用X光机高压电源中。
分析了两相交错BoostPFC工作原理,介绍其优点,并对电路参数进行了设计。选择两相交错PFC控制芯片UCC28070,对芯片的外围电路和控制器进行设计,解决了大功率PFC设计困难。
在逆变部分采用全桥LLC谐振变换器,一方面通过改变开关频率调节输出电压;另一方面使开关管实现软开关,减小开关损耗。分析了LLC谐振变换器工作原理和软开关实现的条件,推导并建立了基波等效模型。推导了谐振网络参数的设计公式,并对参数进行优化分析。解决了高频下开关损耗大的问题,以及利用谐振电路升压,减少了变压器的匝比,使得变压器设计、制作相对简单。
在高压部分,考虑到高压变压器的分布参数,对变压器参数进行了设计,并对高压变压器的绝缘和制作工艺进行了设计,减少了分布电容的影响。
由于x射线管的非线性特性,利用Saber仿真软件建立其等效模型并对整个高压电源系统进行仿真验证,使得仿真更加逼近实际工况。同时,搭建实验电路,对整机电路进行了实验验证。仿真和实验结果表明,本方案的X光机高压电源开关频率高,开关损耗小,输出电压上升时间和纹波都较小。
