添加三种纳米抗菌剂的硅橡胶体外抗菌长效性及其对机械性能影响的研究

【摘要】:[目的]:比较分别添加不同质量分数的三种纳米抗菌剂硅橡胶在体外对白色念珠菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌性;比较添加相同质量分数的三种纳米抗菌剂硅橡胶在体外对白色念珠菌和金黄色葡萄球菌抗菌效果的持久性;比较添加三种纳米抗菌剂不同质量分数时对硅橡胶机械性能的影响。 [材料与方法]:第一部分:将纳米TiO2、纳米ZnO和Ag-TiO2按1.0%、2.0%、3.0%、4.0%、5.0%质量比分别加入到硅橡胶中制成抗菌硅橡胶,采用薄膜覆盖法检测其对白色念珠菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌性能。第二部分:将质量分数为4.0%的三种抗菌剂分别添加到硅橡胶中,对其分别进行两种加速老化处理,采用浸渍培养法检测新制备组和老化处理后抗菌硅橡胶的抗菌性能,比较其抗菌长效性。第三部分:将纳米Ti02、纳米ZnO和Ag-TiO2按1.0%-5.0%质量比分别加入到硅橡胶中,制备成抗菌硅橡胶,检测其拉伸强度、撕裂强度、扯断伸长率和邵氏硬度,通过与空白对照组进行比较,分析添加何种质量分数的抗菌剂对机械性能影响较小。 [结果]: 第一部分:添加三种纳米无机抗菌剂的硅橡胶,对白色念珠菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均有抑制作用,当添加质量分数在1.0%-4.0%范围内,抗菌率随着其质量分数的升高而增加;添加质量分数为5.0%时,其抗菌率均出现不同程度的降低。 第二部分:添加质量分数为4.0%的三种抗菌剂硅橡胶,在体外经过两种加速老化处理后,与新制备组相比,对白色念珠菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率有不同程度的降低。 第三部分:三种纳米抗菌剂添加量在1.0%-5.0%的范围内,抗菌性硅橡胶的拉伸强度和扯断伸长率,纳米ZnO组和纳米TiO2组呈先升高后降低的趋势,而Ag-TiO2呈逐渐降低的趋势;将不同质量分数的三种抗菌剂分别加入到硅橡胶,撕裂强度均呈先升高后降低的趋势,硬度均表现为逐渐升高。 [结论]: 1.添加同一质量分数的三种抗菌剂,其抗菌硅橡胶的抗菌性能比较:Ag-TiO2纳米TiO2纳米ZnO;分别添加三种抗菌剂的硅橡胶,其添加质量分数为4.0%时抗菌效果为最优。 2.添加质量分数为4.0%的纳米ZnO和纳米TiO2抗菌性硅橡胶具有抗菌长效性,而Ag-Ti02抗菌性硅橡胶老化处理后抗菌性能略有降低。 3.通过检测其对机械性能的影响得出:纳米ZnO和纳米TiO2的最适宜添加量为3.0%:Ag-Ti02的最适宜添加量为2.0%。
[Abstract]:[objective]: to compare the antibacterial activity of three kinds of nano-antimicrobial agents silicone rubber with different mass fraction against Candida albicans and Staphylococcus aureus in vitro. The effects of three kinds of nano-antimicrobial agents, silicone rubber with the same mass fraction, against Candida albicans and Staphylococcus aureus in vitro were compared, and the effects of three nano-antimicrobial agents on the mechanical properties of silicone rubber were compared. [materials and methods]: the first part: the antibacterial silicone rubber was prepared by adding the nano-TiO _ 2, ZnO and Ag-TiO _ 2 into the silicone rubber at the mass ratio of 2.0% to 4.0% and 5.0% respectively. The antibacterial properties against Candida albicans and Staphylococcus aureus were tested by thin film covering method. In the second part, three kinds of antimicrobial agents with a mass fraction of 4.0% were added to silicone rubber, and two kinds of accelerated aging treatments were carried out respectively. The antibacterial properties of the new preparation group and the aging treated silicone rubber were tested by impregnation culture method. To compare its long-term antibacterial effect. The third part: Nano-Ti02, nano-ZnO and Ag-TiO _ 2 were added to silicone rubber at the mass ratio of 1.0- 5.0% to prepare antibacterial silicone rubber. The tensile strength, tear strength, elongation at break and Shao's hardness were tested, and compared with the blank control group. The effect of the addition of antimicrobial agents on mechanical properties was analyzed. [results]: the first part: silicone rubber with three kinds of nano-inorganic antimicrobial agents had inhibitory effect on both Candida albicans and Staphylococcus aureus, when the mass fraction was in the range of 1.0-4.0%, The antibacterial rate increased with the increase of mass fraction, and decreased in varying degrees when the mass fraction was 5.0%. The second part: after two kinds of accelerated aging treatment in vitro, the antibacterial rate against Candida albicans and Staphylococcus aureus was decreased in different degree compared with the new preparation group. The third part: the tensile strength and elongation at break of the antibacterial silicone rubber were increased firstly and then decreased in the range of 1.0% -5.0% of the three nano-antibacterial agents, while Ag-TiO _ 2 decreased gradually. When three kinds of antimicrobial agents with different mass fraction were added to silicone rubber, the tear strength increased first and then decreased, and the hardness increased gradually. [conclusion]: 1. Comparison of antibacterial properties of three kinds of antimicrobial agents with the same mass fraction, the antibacterial effect of nano-TiO _ 2 nanocrystalline ZnO / Ag-TiO _ 2 was compared, and that of silicone rubber with the addition of three kinds of antimicrobial agents was the best when the mass fraction was 4.0. 2. Nano-ZnO and nano-TiO _ 2 antibacterial silicone rubber with 4.0% mass fraction had long-term antibacterial effect, while Ag-Ti02 antibacterial silicone rubber had a slight decrease in antibacterial property after aging treatment. The effects of nano-ZnO and nano-TiO _ 2 on mechanical properties were investigated. The optimum addition amount of nano-ZnO and nano-TiO _ 2 was 3.0 and 2.0 respectively.
