256层螺旋CT血管造影术对胸廓内动脉的解剖学显示
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the anatomical value of 256-slice spiral CT angiography in displaying the internal thoracic artery. Methods Angiographic images of 107 patients with suspected thoracic aortic lesions were retrospectively analyzed. The patterns of internal thoracic arteries and their anatomical branches were observed. According to the level of the angle of sternum and the sixth intercostal space, they were divided into three segments: proximal, middle and distal. The internal diameter of three segmental vessels, the length of bilateral internal thoracic arteries, the internal diameter of the branches of the phrenic artery and the distance to the border of the sternum were measured, and the statistical analysis was carried out. Results the display rate of bilateral internal thoracic arteries was 100% in 107 patients. There were significant differences in the internal diameter of bilateral internal thoracic arteries (P0.05) in the same side proximal middle and distal segments (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the internal diameters of the corresponding segments between the two sides (P0.05) and there was no significant difference in the internal diameters of different gender segments (P0.05). The left internal thoracic artery was a little longer than the right (P0.05), and the male was longer than the female (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the diameters of bilateral phrenic arteries (P0.05), but there was no significant difference in the internal diameters between the sexes (P0.05). There was no significant difference between the two sides (P0.05) and no significant difference between the two sexes (P0.05) from the margin of sternum to the margin of sternum (P0.05). There were 89 cases (83.18%) with two branches on the right side, 10 cases (9.35%) with three branches and 8 cases (7.48%) with four branches. There were 91 cases (85.05%) with two branches on the left, 9 cases (8.41%) with three branches and 7 cases (6.54%) with four branches. Conclusion 256-slice spiral CT angiography can clearly observe the pattern of internal thoracic artery and its anatomic branch characteristics, which can provide important anatomical information for clinical practice and has certain clinical significance for preoperative evaluation.
