端基含乳糖的改性聚己内酯的酶法合成

【摘要】:为了改善聚己内酯(PCL)的细胞亲和性,在无溶剂体系中,以乳糖为引发剂,通过脂肪酶Novozyme-435催化ε-己内酯开环聚合反应,制备了端基含糖的改性PCL。红外光谱和核磁分析显示,乳糖成功接枝在PCL的末端。研究了反应温度、反应时间和水活度对己内酯的单体转化率的影响,以乳糖为引发剂时理想的反应条件为:反应温度60℃、时间24h、水活度0.57。引发剂的加入可以提高单体的初始转化率,但对最终转化率没有较大影响。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the cell affinity of polycaprolactone (PCL), the modified (PCL) with terminal sugar was prepared by ring-opening polymerization of 蔚 -caprolactone catalyzed by lipase Novozyme-435 in solvent-free system with lactose as initiator. Ir spectra and NMR analysis showed that lactose was grafted successfully at the end of PCL. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and water activity on the monomer conversion of caprolactone were studied.
