钛合金、人工骨材料厚切片再研磨后显示新生骨-荧光双标法

【摘要】:正因钛合金、人工骨材料组织坚硬,无法切出较薄的完整切片。传统方法切片只能看到骨结构,V-G染色法镜下观察切片颜色不鲜亮,细胞核模糊,软骨和纤维结缔组织很难辨别,荧光双标两条线不够清晰,只能采集低倍图片。本文现介绍一种新方法,用502胶粘贴于有机玻片上,再经自制电动磨片机研磨至30~50μm厚,用Van Gieson(亚甲基兰-酸性品红,简称V-G)染色,颜色对比鲜艳,高倍镜下骨细胞核、软骨、纤维结缔组织等均可清晰辨别。四环素-钙黄绿
[Abstract]:Because of the titanium alloy, the artificial bone material is hard to cut out a thin, complete slice. The traditional method can only see that the section is not bright in color, the nucleus is blurred, the cartilage and fibrous connective tissue are difficult to distinguish, and the two lines of fluorescence double labeling are not clear enough, so they can only collect low-power pictures.
