经阴道应用聚丙烯合成网片行盆底功能重建的循证研究

　　研究目的：通过主客观评价标准比较阴式网片修复盆腔脏器脱垂治疗效果。材料及方法：数据来源于pub med,, Dynamed, Medline数据库中使用Gynecare和Boston scientific公司聚丙烯网片经阴式修复盆腔脏器脱垂的前瞻性,回顾性研究和随机对照试验和对照临床试验,以及加拿大妇产科医师协会和美国食品和药品管理局自2005年到2012年发布的相关研究。结果：现代阴式修补脱垂手术中,由于传统修补方法的高失败率,Graft和网片越来越多的应用于临床,经阴道植入网片以及阴道上段悬吊术和侵入性的腹部植入网片方法相比较,效果更好。阴道植入网片方法手术失败率低的特点,已被Cochrane回顾性统计方法证实。为使该类手术更为简易操作,需要提高手术的标准化程度和使用更少的阴道填充物。如果这样那么每个手术医生都能够容易地进行网片修复盆腔脏器脱垂手术,但事实并非如此。手术还需要医生具有熟练的盆腔手术操作技能,并且能很好的理解修复手术技能以及手术的局限性。本文的研究目的旨于更好的研究使用网片,如何应用网片,目前为止网片的效果和并发症,以及如果减少并发症、在阴式网片修复技术治疗盆腔脏器脱...
