血液恶性肿瘤患者血栓弹力图检测的临床意义

【摘要】：目的:探讨血栓弹力图检测在血液恶性肿瘤患者的临床应用价值和意义。方法:收集2014年1月至2015年12月甘肃省人民医院血液科住院确诊为血液恶性肿瘤患者与同期体检中心的健康者的临床资料、血栓弹力图结果以及其他实验室检查结果,应用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计学分析,以P0.05为显著性差异,有统计学意义。结果:在收集的99例血液恶性肿瘤患者中,男63例,女36例,平均年龄为46.78±21.74岁,与健康组对照,R值缩短(P0.01),K值延长(P0.05),MA值缩短(P0.05),CI值减低(P0.05),EPL、Ly30值降低(P0.05),多发性骨髓瘤患者K值与β2微球蛋白呈中等强度正相关性(r=0.670)。结论:血液恶性肿瘤患者血栓弹力图检测结果与健康组对照存在显著差异,其对于评估血液恶性肿瘤患者体内出凝血状态有着重要临床意义。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical value and significance of thromboelastography in patients with hematologic malignancies. From January 2014 to December 2015, the clinical data of patients with hematological malignancy diagnosed in Department of Hematology of Gansu Provincial people's Hospital and healthy persons in the same period of physical examination center were collected. The results of thromboelastogram and other laboratory tests were statistically analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software, with P0.05 as the significant difference. Results: there were 63 males and 36 females with an average age of 46.78 卤21.74 years, compared with the healthy group. R value shortened P0.01K value prolonging P0.05U MA value shortened P0.05U CI value decreased P0.05EPLL Ly30 value decreased P0.05). There was a positive correlation between K value and 尾 2 microglobulin in patients with multiple myeloma. Conclusion: the results of thromboelastography in patients with hematologic malignancy were significantly different from those in healthy controls. It has important clinical significance for evaluating blood coagulation status in patients with malignant tumor of blood.
