肺癌患者血清中PCDGF、VEGF和TK1水平及临床意义

【摘要】:目的:探讨肺癌患者血清畸胎瘤源性细胞生长因子(PCDGF)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及细胞质胸苷激酶1(TK1)与肺癌临床病理参数的相关性,并判断其在肺癌联合诊断中的价值。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测123例肺癌患者、60例肺良性疾病患者和61例健康体检者血清PCDGF、VEGF的含量,并分析其与临床病理参数的相关性;同时采用酶免疫点印迹化学发光法检测标本中TK1的含量。结果:肺癌组血清PCDGF、VEGF、TK1含量分别为18.27(6.24,58.86)ng/m L、1072.73(272.42,2686.46)ng/m L和1.59(0.21,8.21)pmol/L,均显著高于肺良性疾病组及健康对照组(Z分别为81.349、85.769和18.818,P均0.05)。血清PCDGF含量与肿瘤分期、淋巴结转移均有统计学意义(Z分别为8.063,2.488,P均0.05)。VEGF含量对区分不同组织学类型肺癌具有统计学意义(Z=6.634,P0.05)。经直线相关性分析得出:血清PCDGF与VEGF含量间无相关性(r=0.017,P=0.786)。PCDGF在肺癌诊断中的敏感性(83.7%)和准确性(70.9%)均高于TK1的27.3%和49.5%,TK1的特异性(90.7%)高于PCDGF的60.3%。三者联合的敏感性最高为95.9%。结论:PCDGF、VEGF、TK1含量在肺癌患者血清中显著增高。PCDGF与肺癌分期、淋巴结转移相关,PCDGF诊断肺癌的敏感性高于VEGF及TK1,提示对肺癌患者血清中PCDGF的检测具有一定的临床应用价值,可作为肺癌诊断及恶性程度评价的潜在血清标志物。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study serum teratoma derived cell growth factor (PCDGF) in patients with lung cancer. The correlation between vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and cytoplasmic thymidine kinase (TK1) and clinicopathologic parameters of lung cancer. Methods: Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa) was used to detect 123 patients with lung cancer. The serum levels of PCDGFV VEGF in 60 patients with benign pulmonary diseases and 61 healthy controls were analyzed and their correlation with clinicopathological parameters was analyzed. At the same time, the content of TK1 in lung cancer samples was detected by enzyme-immune dot blot chemiluminescence assay. Results: the serum levels of TK1 in lung cancer group were 18.27 ~ 6.24, respectively. 58.86 ng / m L ~ (10 72.73) ~ 272.42 ~ 2686.46 ng / m ~ (-1) and 1.59 ~ (0.21) ~ 8.21 g 路mol ~ (-1) 路L ~ (-1). They were significantly higher than those in benign lung disease group and healthy control group (81.349) 85.769 and 18.818 (P < 0.05), respectively. The serum PCDGF content and tumor stage were significantly higher than those in benign lung disease group and healthy control group. There was significant difference in lymph node metastasis between the two groups (8.063n 2.488). P < 0.05. VEGF content was statistically significant in differentiating different histological types of lung cancer. The linear correlation analysis showed that there was no correlation between serum PCDGF and VEGF content. The sensitivity and accuracy of TK1 in the diagnosis of lung cancer were higher than those of TK1 (27.3% and 49.5%). The specificity of TK1 was 90.7 higher than that of PCDGF 60.3.The sensitivity of the three combinations was 95.90.Conclusion the sensitivity of TK1 was 95.9%. The level of TK1 in serum of lung cancer patients was significantly higher than that in patients with lung cancer. The sensitivity of lymph node metastasis related TK1 in diagnosis of lung cancer was higher than that of VEGF and TK1. The results suggest that the detection of PCDGF in serum of lung cancer patients has some clinical application value and can be used as a potential serum marker for the diagnosis of lung cancer and the evaluation of malignancy.
