血小板增高与非小细胞肺癌发生骨转移的相关性探讨

【摘要】：目的通过测量患有NSCLC血液外循环系统的的血小板计数,来进行讨论其和患者发生人体骨转移有无关联。方法通过选取2015年10月到2016年10月经青大附院病理学诊断为NSCLC的行住院治疗的病人。排除掉患有其它影响病人外周血血小板计数的先天的或后天的疾病的病例后,最终收纳入资料较齐的病人206个,其中血小板大于300×109/L的暂定义为研究组(A),而相较于参考标准而言正常的为对照组(B)紧接着我们对这两组之间在其初诊的时候和在其在病程中发生的骨转移的数目通过统计学上的对比分析,得出相应的统计上的结论。结果在A组中初次就诊的病人有骨转移的数目是19例,另一组中发生的例数则是17例。这2者相互进行比较的话是有统计学上的差异的。(X2=10.67P=0.0018)然后再把A组根据程度进行分组,进行比较后得出组间具有统计学上的差异,其升高程度与其发生转移的比率成正相关。结论在患有NSCLC的病人中,其外周血循环中血小板的增多和其发生骨转移是有关的;血小板计数增多的病人其骨转移的可能性增大且与其增多的程度呈正相关。
[Abstract]:Objective to measure the platelet count in the external circulatory system of patients with NSCLC. Methods patients with NSCLC diagnosed as NSCLC by pathology from October 2015 to 2016 were selected and excluded from other affected patients. Peripheral blood platelets count in cases of congenital or acquired diseases, In the end, 206 patients with more accurate data were accepted, Where platelets greater than 300 脳 109 / L are tentatively defined as the study group, and as normal as the control group compared to the reference criteria, then we have a general understanding of the number of bone metastases that occur between the two groups at the time of their initial diagnosis and during the course of their disease. Through statistical comparative analysis, Results the number of bone metastases in group A was 19. In the other group, there were 17 cases. There was a statistical difference between the two groups, and then the group A was grouped according to the degree, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion in patients with NSCLC, the increase of platelet in peripheral blood circulation is related to the occurrence of bone metastasis. Patients with increased platelet count were more likely to have bone metastases and had a positive correlation with the degree of increase.
