中西医融合提高肿瘤综合治疗疗效的思考

【摘要】：正现代医学治疗肿瘤以"瘤"为本的模式发展迅速。从上世纪70年代以后,随着肿瘤细胞学研究的快速发展,逐渐形成了以肿瘤细胞自身增殖代谢干预为核心,以手术、放射疗法、化学治疗等为支柱的治疗体系,治疗时主张尽可能地杀灭肿瘤细胞,但已经遇到疗效提高的瓶颈。目前,随着社会—心理—医学模式的发展,现代临床肿瘤学的发展呈现一种趋势,在减轻肿瘤负荷的同时,越来越注重患者机体功能的保护,维护患者的生活
[Abstract]:Since -30s, with the rapid development of tumor cytology research, the tumor cell self-proliferation and metabolism intervention has gradually become the core and the operation is the core. Radiotherapy, chemotherapy, etc., as the mainstay of treatment, advocates to kill tumor cells as much as possible, but has met with the bottleneck of improving the efficacy. At present, with the development of social-psycho-medical model, The development of modern clinical oncology presents a trend. While reducing tumor load, more and more attention is paid to the protection of patients' body function and the maintenance of patients' life.
