【摘要】：目的了解扁桃体滤泡树突细胞肉瘤的病史、症状、体征、诊断及治疗。方法对1例单侧扁桃体滤泡树突状细胞肉瘤患者进行研究,治疗上予以单侧扁桃体及新生物扩大切除术,总结病史和临床特点,明确其诊断和治疗方法。结果患者术后继续采取放化疗治疗,现无不适。结论扁桃体滤泡状细胞肉瘤比较少见,主要诊断依据为其临床特点及病理检查,主要治疗方法为手术,术后结合放化疗。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the history, symptoms, signs, diagnosis and treatment of follicular dendritic cell sarcoma of tonsil. Results the patients continued to be treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy after operation without discomfort. Conclusion tonsillar follicular cell sarcoma is rare. The main basis of diagnosis is its clinical characteristics and pathological examination. The main treatment was surgery, combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
