超声诊断甲状腺伴乳头状核特征的非浸润性滤泡性肿瘤1例

【摘要】：正患者男,37岁。诉2年前体检发现甲状腺左叶肿块,大小约2cm,3个月前自觉肿块突然增大,细针穿刺活检为良性病变。超声所见:甲状腺左叶可见5.44cm×3.09cm边界清晰、形态规则的低回声团,内部回声欠均匀,无明显钙化斑,CDFI:其内及周边可见丰富的血流信号(图1~2)。超声提示:甲状腺左侧叶实质性肿块(腺瘤可能),术后病理结果:
[Abstract]:The male patient was 37 years old. A physical examination two years ago revealed a thyroid mass of about 2 cm in size. The size of the mass was suddenly enlarged 3 months ago and the fine needle biopsy was a benign lesion. Ultrasound findings showed that 5.44cm 脳 3.09cm had a clear boundary. Irregular hypoechoic mass with uneven internal echo, no obvious calcification plaque CDFI: abundant blood flow signal in and around it (Fig. 1 / 2).
