CXCR1、CXCR2及CXCL8在乙肝相关肝癌中的表达及临床意义

【摘要】：目的:探讨乙肝相关肝癌患者外周血单个核细胞及肝活检组织CXCR1、CXCR2及CXCL8表达及其临床意义。方法:用实时荧光定量PCR法检测36例乙肝相关肝癌患者外周血PBMCs中CXCR1、CXCR2及CXCL8 mRNA水平;SP法检测肝活检组织CXCR1、CXCR2及CXCL8蛋白表达水平;化学发光免疫分析法检测血清CRP水平,并对各指标进行相关性分析。结果:乙肝相关肝癌患者PBMCs中CXCR1、CXCR2及CXCL8 mRNA水平分别为(0.952 7±0.197 2)、(0.896 9±0.173 0)、(1.771 9±0.248 9),较正常对照组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。SP结果提示,CXCR1、CXCR2及CXCL8的蛋白水平较对照组明显升高(P0.05)。乙肝相关肝癌患者血清CRP水平与PBMC内CXCR1(r=0.54,P0.01)、CXCR2(r=0.49,P0.01)及CXCL8(r=0.63,P0.01)呈正相关。结论:乙肝相关肝癌患者外周血PBMCs及肝活检组织CXCR1、CXCR2及CXCL8表达明显升高,且与血清CRP呈正相关,推测CXCR1、CXCR2及CXCL8介导的信号转导过程可能在乙肝相关肝癌发病过程中发挥重要作用,为肝癌免疫干扰治疗提供新的靶点。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression and clinical significance of CXCR1CXCR2 and CXCL8 in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) and liver biopsy tissues from patients with hepatitis B associated hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).Methods: the levels of CXCR1CXCR2 and CXCL8 mRNA in peripheral blood of 36 patients with Hepatitis B associated hepatocellular carcinoma were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR method.
