单孔胸腔镜解剖性肺段切除术的临床应用现状

【摘要】：与传统开放手术相比,电视辅助胸腔镜手术(Video-assisted thoracic surgery,VATS)损伤更小、术后恢复更快,得到国内外胸外科专家的一致认可,并逐步成为各种胸腔疾病的常规手术方式。经过不断地改进和发展,逐渐演变为单孔胸腔镜手术(single-port VATS)。这是里程碑式的进步,也是自电视辅助胸腔镜手术诞生以来的巨大飞跃。单孔胸腔镜解剖性肺段切除术多被应用于肺部小结节的治疗,因其保留了更多的正常肺组织,减少了术后并发症,故被视为更加微创的术式。本文通过查阅国内外相关文献,并结合自身实践,从历史、适应症、术前准备、手术方法、优缺点、学习曲线及未来展望等多方面对单孔胸腔镜解剖性肺段切除术进行综述。
[Abstract]:Compared with the traditional open surgery, video-assisted thoracic Surgical surgery (VATSs) has less injury and faster postoperative recovery. It has been unanimously recognized by domestic and foreign thoracic surgeons, and has gradually become the routine operation method for various kinds of thoracic diseases.After continuous improvement and development, it has gradually evolved into a single-port vat surgery.This is a landmark advance and a huge leap since the birth of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery.Thoracoscopic dissecting segmentectomy is widely used in the treatment of small pulmonary nodules. It is regarded as a more minimally invasive procedure because it preserves more normal lung tissues and reduces postoperative complications.This article reviews the history, indications, preoperative preparation, surgical methods, advantages and disadvantages, learning curves and future prospects of single-hole thoracoscopic dissecting pneumonectomy by consulting relevant literature at home and abroad and combining with its own practice.
