肠系膜区炎性肌纤维母细胞性肿瘤一例

【摘要】：正患者女,28岁,发现腹腔包块1月余。患者既往体健,无腹痛腹胀,无恶心呕吐,无呕血黑便,无高血压,1个月前无意中发现腹部有一包块,约"拳头"大小,质韧,活动度可,无明显触痛,肿块增长不明显,大小约10 cm×10 cm。实验室检查:血、尿常规及血清生化检查无异常。东软Neu Viz 128 CT平扫+多期增强+三维重组示:腹腔内胰头前下方肠系膜区见一类圆形软组织密度肿块影,边界尚清,增强后动脉期呈明显"血管"样强化,周边见多发迂
[Abstract]:A 28-year-old female patient was found with celiac mass for more than 1 month. The patient had no abdominal pain, abdominal distension, nausea and vomiting, no hematemesis, black stool, and no hypertension. A month ago, he unintentionally found a lump in his abdomen, about the size of "fist", tough in quality, able to move, no obvious tenderness, and the growth of the mass was not obvious. The size is about 10 cm 脳 10 cm. Laboratory examination: blood, urine routine and serum biochemical examination were not abnormal. Neu Viz 128CT showed that a kind of circular soft tissue density mass was seen in the anterior and inferior mesenteric region of the pancreatic head in abdominal cavity, the boundary was still clear, the enhancement of the posterior artery was obvious "vessel" like enhancement, and multiple vessels were seen around it.
