子宫内膜与卵巢原发性双癌的临床预后分析

【摘要】：目的 探讨子宫内膜和卵巢原发性双癌的临床病理特征、诊治及预后。方法 回顾性分析2006年1月至2014年10月在广西壮族自治区人民医院诊断为子宫内膜和卵巢原发性双癌患者临床病理资料。结果 9例患者中位诊断年龄为45岁,临床表现以盆腔包块和异常阴道流血为主。所有患者均接受手术治疗,术后病理检查提示子宫内膜和卵巢原发性双癌病理类型,两种癌分期均为Ⅰ期者8例。8例予术后辅助化疗,1例联合放疗,其中行腹腔化疗4例。术后随访1~68个月,中位数随访时间24个月,现7例均存活,无复发,1例失访,1例死亡。结论 子宫内膜和卵巢原发性双癌患者发病年龄轻,多为早期,分化较好,预后好。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinicopathological features, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of primary double endometrial and ovarian carcinoma. Methods from January 2006 to October 2014, the clinicopathological data of patients with primary double carcinoma of endometrium and ovary in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region people's Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results the median diagnosis age of 9 patients was 45 years old. The main clinical manifestations were pelvic mass and abnormal vaginal bleeding. All the patients received surgical treatment.
