血清miRNA-210和miRNA-21联合检测对NSCLC的临床应用价值

【摘要】：目的探讨血清miRNA-210和miRNA-21联合检测对非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床应用价值。方法选择四川省巴中市中心医院确诊的NSCLC患者48例(NSCLC组),另选择肺良性病变患者40例、健康体检者40例作为对照研究,采用实时荧光定量PCR(RT-qPCR)检测血清miRNA-210和miRNA-21水平。结果 NSCLC患者血清miRNA-210和miRNA-21水平明显高于肺良性病变和健康体检者(P0.05);血清miRNA-210在腺癌、T3~4期患者高表达(P0.05),miRNA-21在腺癌、T3~4期、吸烟患者高表达(P0.05);血清miRNA-210、miRNA-21诊断NSCLC的受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.845、0.725,二者联合AUC为0.928(P=0.021);COX多因素回归分析显示,血清miRNA-210(RR:1.977,95%CI:0.985~3.018,P=0.009)和miRNA-21(RR:1.853,95%CI:0.921~2.776,P=0.018)对NSCLC患者预后有一定预测价值。结论 miRNA-210和miRNA-21在NSCLC患者血清高表达,二者联合检测可能对NSCLC有一定诊断效能,并对预后有一定提示作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical value of serum miRNA-210 and miRNA-21 in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods 48 patients with NSCLC, 40 patients with benign pulmonary diseases and 40 healthy controls were selected as control group. The serum miRNA-210 and miRNA-21 levels were measured by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR RT-qPCR. Results the levels of serum miRNA-210 and miRNA-21 in patients with NSCLC were significantly higher than those in patients with benign pulmonary diseases and healthy controls (P 0.05), and the high expression of P0.05 miRNA-21 was found in patients with stage T3 ~ (4) adenocarcinoma. The area under the operating characteristic curve of serum miRNA-210 miRNA-21 for diagnosis of NSCLC was 0.845 卤0.725 respectively. The multivariate regression analysis of AUC combined with AUC showed that serum miRNA-210RRW 1.97795CI0.9853.01818P0. 009) and miRNA-21R: 1.85395CIB) had certain prognostic value for the prognosis of NSCLC patients. Conclusion miRNA-210 and miRNA-21 are highly expressed in the serum of NSCLC patients. The combined detection of miRNA-210 and miRNA-21 may be effective in the diagnosis of NSCLC and may be helpful for prognosis.
