消化系统恶性肿瘤中ceRNA的研究进展

【摘要】:消化系统肿瘤是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其发生、发展机制尚不清楚是影响肿瘤治疗的重要原因。研究表明RNA在消化系统肿瘤的转录后调控机制中发挥重要的作用,lncRNA、mRNA、假基因转录物、环状RNA等各类RNA分子,仅需相同的miRNA应答元件,就可竞争性结合相同的miRNA调控靶基因,从而调节各自的表达。这些RNA分子互为竞争性内源性RNA(competing endogenous RNA,ceRNA)。该文着重探讨ceRNA假说及其在消化系统恶性肿瘤中的研究进展,并展望其研究前景。
[Abstract]:Digestive system tumor is one of the most common malignant tumors. It has been shown that RNA plays an important role in the post-transcriptional regulation of digestive system tumors, such as hin cRNA-mRNAs, pseudo gene transcripts, cyclic RNA and other RNA molecules. Only the same miRNA response elements are required to competitively bind to the same miRNA regulatory target genes. Thus regulating their expression. These RNA molecules are competitive endogenous RNA(competing endogenous RNAs. This paper focuses on the research progress of ceRNA hypothesis and its application in malignant tumors of digestive system, and looks forward to its research prospect.
