不同糖代谢水平人群恶性肿瘤的患病情况

【摘要】：目的了解不同糖代谢水平人群恶性肿瘤患病情况。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,对20岁及以上当地常住居民进行糖尿病筛查。利用慢性病监测信息系统和区域卫生信息平台,回顾性收集恶性肿瘤患病信息。结果共调查10 504人,新检出糖尿病702人,检出率为6.68%;恶性肿瘤患病89人,患病率为8.47‰。正常血糖、糖尿病前期和糖尿病人群的恶性肿瘤患病率差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。恶性肿瘤患者的空腹血糖平均为(5.14±0.65)mmol/L,糖耐量2 h血糖平均为(6.78±2.66)mmol/L。65岁及以上老年人恶性肿瘤患者的空腹血糖和糖耐量2 h血糖均高于20~64岁中青年人(P0.05)。结论老年人群是糖尿病和恶性肿瘤防治的重点人群。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence of malignant tumor in people with different levels of glucose metabolism. Methods stratified cluster sampling was used to screen diabetes mellitus in residents aged 20 and above. Chronic disease surveillance information system and regional health information platform were used to collect malignant tumor information retrospectively.
