益生菌对大鼠化疗所致小肠黏膜炎疗效的Meta分析

【摘要】：目的评价益生菌对大鼠化疗所致小肠黏膜炎的疗效。方法检索PubMed、EMbase、Cochrane、CBM、CNKI、WanFang、VIP数据库建库至2016年4月有关的对照实验研究,按纳入排除标准筛选文献并评价质量,提取数据后进行分析。结果共纳入6篇文献,与对照组比较,益生菌组小肠分泌、吸收功能增强[SMD=1.73,95%CI(0.79,2.68),P0.01],空肠抗氧化能力提高[SMD=-2.12,95%CI(-3.56,-0.67),P0.01],但低剂量益生菌(1×109 cfu/d)对小肠黏膜无保护作用[SMD空肠=-0.06,95%CI(-0.51,0.40)、SMD回肠=0.02,95%CI(-0.71,0.75),P0.05],而高剂量益生菌(≥1×109 cfu/d)可减轻小肠病理损伤[SMD空肠=-0.64,95%CI(-1.20,-0.09)、SMD回肠=-0.85,95%CI(-1.59,-0.12),P0.05]。结论高剂量益生菌能减轻大鼠化疗所致小肠黏膜炎性反应,但由于纳入文献较少及发表偏倚等因素的影响,益生菌对化疗所致小肠黏膜炎的疗效可能被高估。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of probiotics on intestinal mucositis induced by chemotherapy in rats. Methods A comparative experimental study was carried out to search the database of PubMedus EMbase Cochranegne (CBM) and CNKIIA Wan Fangli VIP database until April 2016. According to the exclusion criteria, the literature was selected and the quality was evaluated, and the data were extracted and analyzed.
