【摘要】：正美国胸科医师学会在评估现有指南和最新文献的基础上,于2017年1月对2006年版《成人肺癌咳嗽对症治疗指南》进行了更新;针对经手术治疗、全身抗肿瘤治疗(如化疗或外照射放疗)后,仍然存在咳嗽困扰的肺癌患者以及肺癌治疗相关性咳嗽患者,提出了8条具有循证基础的具体建议:(1)作为咳嗽管理的第一步,指南建议应先根据已发布的综合评估和循证管理指南,明确患者咳嗽相关原因并启动相应治疗。(2)推
[Abstract]:The American College of chest Physicians, on the basis of an assessment of existing guidelines and the latest literature, updated the 2006 edition of the guidelines for the treatment of Lung Cancer and cough in Adults in January 2017. After systemic antitumor therapy (such as chemotherapy or external irradiation and radiotherapy), there are still lung cancer patients with cough problems and patients with cough associated with lung cancer treatment. Eight evidence-based specific recommendations: 1) are put forward as the first step in cough management. The guidelines recommend that the cause of cough should be identified and treatment initiated in accordance with the published guidelines for comprehensive assessment and evidence-based management.
