E-钙黏蛋白在食管癌组织中的表达及其与食管癌术后复发的相关性

【摘要】：目的探讨E-钙黏蛋白(E-cad)在食管癌组织中的表达及其与术后复发的相关性。方法选取2014年10月到2015年10月在本院接受手术治疗并保留有完整肿瘤组织切片的食管癌患者60例,肿瘤组织60例,癌旁正常组织20例。用免疫组化法检测食管癌组织和正常组织中E-cad的表达情况。结果食管鳞癌组织中E-cad阳性表达率43.33%(26例/60例),明显低于癌旁正常组织的85.00%(51例/60例),差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。高、中分化组与低分化组、浸润深度未达肌层组与深达肌层组、淋巴结组与淋巴结未转移组之间,E-cad表达情况差异均有统计学意义(P0.05或P0.01),肿瘤分期Ⅲ期与≥Ⅲ期之间,E-cad表达差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。复发组E-cad阳性表达率为32.00%(8例/25例),低于未复发组的51.43%(18例/35例),但差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 E-cad在食管癌组织中表达下调,且其表达与肿瘤分化程度、肌层浸润深度及淋巴结是否转移有一定的相关性,但与术后复发没有直接关系。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of E-cadn in esophageal carcinoma and its correlation with postoperative recurrence. Methods from October 2014 to October 2015, 60 patients with esophageal cancer, 60 patients with tumor tissue and 20 patients with normal adjacent tissues were selected. Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of E-cad in esophageal carcinoma and normal tissues. Results the positive expression rate of E-cad in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was 43.33 / 60, which was significantly lower than that in the adjacent normal tissues (55.00 / 60). The difference was statistically significant (P 0.01). High and medium differentiation group and low differentiation group, the infiltration depth did not reach the muscular layer group and the deep reach muscle layer group, The difference of E-cad expression between lymph node group and lymph node non-metastasis group was statistically significant (P0.05 or P0.01).
