Ki-67、MUC2、MUC6蛋白在宫颈微偏腺癌中的表达及意义

【摘要】:目的:检测宫颈微偏腺癌(MDA)中MUC2、MUC6、KI67蛋白的表达情况,探讨其在MDA发生发展中的可能意义,为MDA的早期诊断、鉴别诊断、治疗及预后提供一定的客观依据。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测15例正常宫颈,15例非典型增生腺体,20例普通腺癌,20例宫颈微偏腺癌组织中的MUC2、MUC6、KI67蛋白的表达。应用SPSS18.0统计软件进行数据分析,检验水准,α=0.05。结果:1.Ki-67蛋白的阳性表达率在正常宫颈腺上皮组织(6.7%)、宫颈腺上皮不典型增生(20%)、普通宫颈腺癌(50%)及宫颈微偏腺癌(90%),呈上升趋势,四组比较差异均具有显著性(P0.05)2.MUC2蛋白的阳性表达率在正常宫颈腺上皮组织(13.3%)、宫颈腺上皮不典型增生(26.7%)、普通宫颈腺癌(55%)及宫颈微偏腺癌(85%),呈上升趋势,四组比较差异均具有显著性(P0.05)3.MUC6蛋白的阳性表达率在正常宫颈腺上皮组织(13.3%)、宫颈腺上皮不典型增生(33.3%)、普通宫颈腺癌(60%)及宫颈微偏腺癌(75%),呈上升趋势,四组比较差异均具有显著性(P0.05)4.Ki-67蛋白的阳性表达率在宫颈MDA组(90%)与普通宫颈腺癌组(50%)中,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。5.MUC2蛋白的阳性表达率在宫颈MDA组(85%)与普通宫颈腺癌组(55%)中,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:1.Ki-67、MUC2、MUC6蛋白的阳性表达率在正常宫颈腺体、宫颈腺体不典型增生中呈上升趋势,可能其与MDA的发生发展有关,与MDA的恶性程度有关。2.Ki-67蛋白、MUC2蛋白在MDA的阳性表达率显著高于普通宫颈腺癌,提示其有助于MDA的鉴别诊断。
[Abstract]:Objective: to detect the expression of MUC2Muc6KI67 protein in cervical carcinoma of the cervix, and to explore its possible significance in the pathogenesis and development of MDA, and to provide an objective basis for the early diagnosis, differential diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of MDA. Methods: immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of MUC2 muc6pKI67 protein in 15 cases of normal cervical carcinoma (n = 15) and 20 cases of normal adenocarcinoma (n = 20). SPSS18.0 statistical software for data analysis, test level, a 0. 05. Results 1. The positive expression rate of Ki-67 protein in normal epithelium of cervix glandular epithelium, atypical hyperplasia of glandular epithelium of cervix and normal cervical adenocarcinoma was 6.7. There were significant differences among the four groups in the positive expression rate of P0.05m2.MUC2 protein in normal cervical gland epithelium, atypical hyperplasia of cervical gland epithelium and normal cervical adenocarcinoma (5555C), and the positive rate of MUC2 protein in normal cervix glandular epithelium was on the rise, and there was an increasing trend in the expression of MUC2 protein in normal cervix glandular epithelium and normal adenocarcinoma of cervix. The positive expression rate of MUC6 protein was significantly higher in normal cervical gland epithelium than in normal cervix epithelium, cervical epithelial dysplasia, normal cervical adenocarcinoma and normal cervical adenocarcinoma. The positive expression rate of MUC6 protein in all the four groups was significantly higher than that in normal cervical gland epithelium, and in normal cervical adenocarcinoma, the positive expression rate of MUC6 protein was significantly higher than that in normal cervical gland epithelium. The positive expression rate of Ki-67 protein in cervical MDA group was significantly higher than that in normal cervical adenocarcinoma group (P 0.05). The positive expression rate of Ki-67 protein in cervical MDA group was significantly higher than that in normal cervical adenocarcinoma group (P 0.05) and normal cervical adenocarcinoma group (5555). The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: 1. The positive expression rate of MUC6 protein in normal cervical gland and atypical hyperplasia of cervical gland is increasing, which may be related to the occurrence and development of MDA. The positive expression rate of MUC2 protein in MDA was significantly higher than that in normal cervical adenocarcinoma, suggesting that it was helpful for differential diagnosis of MDA.
