BAD在前列腺癌中的表达及其意义

【摘要】:目的:探讨Bad蛋白在前列腺癌(PCa)中的表达及其临床意义。方法:选择48例前列腺癌(PCa)、21例前列腺上皮内瘤(PIN)和48例癌旁良性前列腺组织(BPH),采用免疫组织化学染色法观察Bad蛋白在前列腺上皮及间质细胞中的表达,采用化学发光法检测全部患者血清中的PSA的值,分析Bad表达与PCa临床病理特征的关系及与不同PSA的值的相关性。结果:1)Bad蛋白在PCa和PIN的上皮细胞中表达率分别为85.4%和66.7%,高于癌旁BPH中的表达33.3%,差异有统计学意义(均P0.01);2)Bad蛋白在Pca旁间质细胞中表达率为52.1%,在BPH间质中呈弱阳(25.0%)或阴性表达,有统计学差异(P0.05);3)Bad蛋白在Gleason评分≤7和7的PCa中表达率分别是66.7%和92.6%,有统计学差异(P0.05);4)血清不同PSA值与(10ng/ml、10-20ng/ml、20ng/ml)与其对应的 Bad 阳性表达率(76%、85%和89%)均无明显相关性(均P0.05)。结论:在PCa组织中Bad蛋白的表达率高,并与PCa的Gleason评分有关,提示Bad蛋白在PCa的发生、发展过程中发挥重要作用,有望成为PCa预测的预后指标之一。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression and clinical significance of Bad protein in prostate cancer. Methods: the expression of Bad protein in prostatic epithelium and stromal cells was observed by immunohistochemical staining in 48 cases of prostatic carcinoma and 21 cases of prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia (PIN) and 48 cases of benign prostatic tissue adjacent to carcinoma. Chemiluminescence assay was used to detect the value of PSA in serum of all patients. The relationship between the expression of Bad and the clinicopathological characteristics of PCa and the correlation between the expression of Bad and the values of different PSA were analyzed. Results the expression rate of Bad protein in PCa and PIN was 85.4% and 66.7%, respectively, which was higher than that in BPH adjacent to cancer. The difference was statistically significant (the expression rate of Bad protein was 52.1% in Pca stromal cells, and that in BPH stroma was 25.0%) or negative.
