腹腔镜胃癌术后吻合口瘘的影响因素分析

【摘要】：目的探讨腹腔镜胃癌术后发生吻合口瘘与患者围术期各项因素的关系。方法回顾性分析2011年3月至2015年10月我院胃肠外科收治的686例确诊为胃癌,且行腹腔镜辅助下胃癌根治术的患者的临床资料,以及发生吻合口瘘的例数,评价患者围术期因素与术后发生吻合口瘘的关系。结果患者术前血清蛋白水平、合并糖尿病病史、TNM分期是腹腔镜胃癌术后发生瘘的相关影响因素。结论围手术积极给予患者营养支持、控制糖尿病患者血糖水平、术前评估肿瘤分期可以降低患者吻合口瘘的发生。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between anastomotic fistula after laparoscopic gastric cancer and the perioperative factors. Methods a retrospective analysis of 686 cases of gastric cancer admitted in our hospital from March 2011 to October 2015, and the clinical data of laparoscopic assisted radical gastrectomy, as well as the number of cases of anastomotic fistula, were evaluated and the patients were evaluated. The relationship between perioperative factors and postoperative anastomotic fistula. Results the serum protein level, the history of diabetes and TNM staging are the related factors of postoperative fistula in the patients with laparoscopic gastric cancer. Conclusion the patients are actively given nutritional support to control the blood glucose level in the patients with diabetes, and the preoperative assessment of the tumor stage can reduce the patients.
