胃癌组织中Vav1蛋白表达与胃癌临床生物学行为及预后的关系

【摘要】：目的:探讨胃癌组织中Vav1蛋白表达与肿瘤临床生物学行为及预后的关系,并对Vav1蛋白与转移相关蛋白MMP-2、TIMP-1的关系进行分析。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测Vav1、MMP-2、TIMP-1蛋白在胃癌及癌旁组织中的表达,收集患者的临床资料并进行随访。结果:Vav1、MMP-2蛋白在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率高于癌旁组织(均P0.01),TIMP-1蛋白在胃癌组织中表达低于癌旁组织(P0.01)。Vav1蛋白与肿瘤分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期相关(P0.05)。Vav1阳性表达患者5年生存率为26.26%,明显低于阴性表达患者(50.82%)(均P0.05)。Cox比例风险回归显示,Vav1阳性表达是影响患者预后的独立危险因素(P0.05)。Vav1与MMP-2存在正相关关系(P0.05)。结论:Vav1与胃癌的侵袭转移有关,Vav1阳性表达是胃癌预后差的标志。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between the expression of Vav1 protein and the clinical biological behavior and prognosis of gastric carcinoma, and to analyze the relationship between Vav1 protein and MMP-2TIMP-1. Methods: immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of Vav1, MMP-2 and TIMP-1 protein in gastric carcinoma and adjacent tissues. The clinical data of the patients were collected and followed up. Results the positive expression rate of MMP 2 protein in gastric cancer tissues was higher than that in adjacent tissues (P0.01). The expression of TIMP-1 protein in gastric cancer tissues was lower than that in adjacent tissues (P0.01). Vav1 protein was associated with the degree of differentiation and depth of invasion. The 5-year survival rate of patients with positive expression of TNM was 26.26, which was significantly lower than that of patients with negative expression (50.82%) (P0.05). Cox proportional risk regression showed that the positive expression of Vav1 was an independent risk factor influencing the prognosis of patients (P0.05). Vav1 was positively correlated with MMP-2 (P0.05). Conclusion the positive expression of Vav1 is associated with invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma, which is a marker of poor prognosis of gastric cancer.
