2008-2014年江苏省盐城市大丰区恶性肿瘤患者生存分析

【摘要】：对江苏省盐城市大丰区2008-2014年原发性恶性肿瘤新发病例进行随访,对恶性肿瘤患者的生存情况进行分析。方法选取大丰区肿瘤发病报告系统2008年1月1日-2014年12月31日确诊登记原发性恶性肿瘤发病数据共15 734例患者,随访时间为2008年1月1日-2016年1月7日,使用寿命表(Survival)法分析累积生存率和存活时间中位数,Wilcoxon法比较不同性别间的存活时间差异。结果 2008-2014年恶性肿瘤发病率为310.54/10万,标化率为179.96/10万。5年累积生存率为29.77%,存活时间中位数为1.02年。男性患者存活时间显著低于女性(χ2=212.29,P0.001)。支气管及肺癌发病率位居恶性肿瘤发病第一位,存活时间中位数仅为0.76年。结论大丰区恶性肿瘤总体生存率较低,女性特殊肿瘤生存率相对较高,男性癌症患者存活时间低于女性。
[Abstract]:The new cases of primary malignant tumor from 2008 to 2014 in Dafeng District of Yancheng City Jiangsu Province were followed up and the survival status of patients with malignant tumor was analyzed. Methods A total of 15 734 patients with primary malignant tumor were selected from January 1, 2008 to December 31, 2014 in Dafeng district. The follow-up period was from January 1, 2008 to January 7, 2016. The cumulative survival rate and median survival time were analyzed by life table method. Wilcoxon method was used to compare the difference of survival time between sexes. Results from 2008 to 2014, the incidence of malignant tumor was 310.54 / 100 000, and the standardized rate was 179.96% / 100,000. The 5-year cumulative survival rate was 29.77 and the median survival time was 1.02 years. The survival time of male patients was significantly lower than that of females (蠂 2 212.29 P 0.001). The incidence of bronchus and lung cancer was the first in malignant tumors, and the median survival time was only 0.76 years. Conclusion the overall survival rate of malignant tumors in Dafeng district is lower than that of women with special tumors, and the survival time of male cancer patients is lower than that of women.
