放化疗所致骨髓抑制的研究进展

【摘要】:随着目前癌症患者的急剧增加,放疗、化疗是临床治疗肿瘤的主要手段,其中,化疗杀伤患者体内残余肿瘤细胞,可提高疗效,改善预后。但其不良反应——骨髓抑制,往往是造成患者不能按时足量完成化疗,或导致患者发生严重感染而病死的重要原因。检索近10年国内外有关骨髓抑制病理变化与治疗的研究文献,综述放化疗所致骨髓抑制的研究进展,明确放化疗后骨髓抑制的人体各种病理变化与治疗,综合传统中医药与现代医学研究的放化疗所致骨髓抑制的病理变化与治疗,为治疗骨髓抑制的药物研究开发提供依据,针对于放化疗后骨髓抑制的病理变化可以研制出新型的保髓生血药物,也为其进一步治疗骨髓抑制提供参考,并促进开发物质基础清晰、作用机理明确、不良反应甚微的保髓生血天然药物及其制剂。
[Abstract]:With the rapid increase of cancer patients, radiotherapy and chemotherapy are the main methods for clinical treatment of cancer. Among them, chemotherapy can kill the residual tumor cells of patients, which can improve the curative effect and improve the prognosis. However, the adverse reaction, bone marrow suppression, is often an important cause of the patient's failure to complete chemotherapy on time, or the death of the patient from serious infection. To review the recent 10 years' literatures on the pathological changes and treatment of bone marrow suppression, to review the progress in the study of bone marrow suppression induced by radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and to identify the various pathological changes and treatment of bone marrow suppression after radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The pathological changes and treatment of bone marrow suppression caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine and modern medical research provide the basis for the research and development of drugs for the treatment of bone marrow suppression. According to the pathological changes of bone marrow suppression after radiotherapy and chemotherapy, we can develop a new kind of medicine to preserve myelin and generate blood, and provide reference for further treatment of bone marrow suppression, and promote the development of clear material basis and clear mechanism of action. Natural drugs and their preparations for the preservation of myelin and blood with minimal adverse reactions.
