肺癌血清标志物PCNA及Bax的表达及与预后的关系

【摘要】：目的观察肺癌血清标志物细胞增殖抗原(PCNA)及Bcl-2相关X蛋白(Bax)的表达及与预后的关系。方法收集该院100例肺癌患者(肺癌组)及50例健康人血清标本(对照组),采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测肺癌组及对照组血清中PCNA及Bax表达量,同时探讨二者与肺癌病理参数的关系。结果肺癌组PCNA表达高于对照组,低中分化组PCNA表达高于高分化组,Ⅲ~Ⅳ期PCNA表达高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期,有淋巴结转移组PCNA表达高于无淋巴结转移组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。而肺癌组中Bax表达情况相反,并与PCNA表达负相关,同时肺癌组PCNA和Bax表达与患者性别、年龄、吸烟史、病理类型及肿瘤大小无关。结论 PCNA的表达对肺癌的发生发展起促进作用,并与Bax表达负相关,二者的表达可为肺癌的诊断及预后提供判断依据。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of serum proliferative antigen (PCNA) and Bcl-2 related X protein (Bax) (Bax) and their prognostic significance in patients with lung cancer. Methods Serum samples of 100 patients with lung cancer (lung cancer group) and 50 healthy people (control group) were collected. The expression of PCNA and Bax in serum of lung cancer group and control group were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa). At the same time, the relationship between them and the pathological parameters of lung cancer was discussed.
