太赫兹光谱技术用于肺癌检测的初步探索研究

【摘要】:目的利用太赫兹光谱技术,对人肺癌组织进行检测,比较肺癌组织、癌旁组织及正常肺组织之间的差异,筛选出具有特异性诊断价值的太赫兹频段,初步探索太赫兹光谱技术用于肺癌的早期检测。方法收集2015年6月至2015年12月经我院胸外科手术切除、病理明确诊断为Ⅰ~ⅢA期非小细胞肺癌患者30例,其肺癌组织病理类型为:腺癌17例、鳞癌10例、大细胞肺癌2例、肉瘤样癌1例。每组包括同一患者肺癌组织、癌旁组织及正常肺组织。运用频段为0.2~2.0 THz的太赫兹光谱进行检测,对比3类组织标本对太赫兹光谱的吸收率。结果 (1)肺癌组织对太赫兹光谱吸收率显著高于正常肺组织;(2)太赫兹光谱频段1.4~2.0 THz可能为具有肺癌特异性诊断价值的太赫兹频段。结论鉴于肺癌组织对太赫兹光谱吸收率高于正常肺组织,太赫兹光谱技术可能成为一种新型非侵入诊断肺癌的检测技术,其具有特异性诊断价值的太赫兹频段可能为1.4~2.0 THz。
