19例女性生殖道原始神经外胚层肿瘤形态学、免疫表型和分子学研究

【摘要】：正发生在女性生殖道的原始神经外胚层肿瘤临床罕见,正确的分类尚不清楚。作者报道19例女性生殖道原始神经外胚层肿瘤的临床表现、组织学、免疫表型和EWSR1基因重排情况。其中发生于卵巢者10例、子宫者8例及会阴者1例。患者年龄12~68岁,发生于卵巢和子宫的原始神经外胚层肿瘤中位年龄分别为20、51岁。15例原始神经外胚层肿瘤中可见中枢神经系统肿瘤的形态学特征,包括9例髓母细胞瘤、3例室管膜瘤、2例髓上皮瘤和1例胶质母细胞瘤,与中枢神经系统的原始神经外胚层肿瘤较一致。剩余4例原始
[Abstract]:Primordial neuroectodermal tumors occurring in the female genital tract are rare and the correct classification is unclear. The clinical manifestations, histology, immunophenotype and EWSR1 gene rearrangement of 19 cases of primitive neuroectodermal tumors of female genital tract were reported. Among them, 10 cases occurred in ovary, 8 cases in uterus and 1 case in perineum. The median age of the patients with primitive neuroectodermal tumors occurring in the ovary and uterus was 20 to 51 years old. The morphological features of central nervous system tumors were observed in 15 cases of primitive neuroectodermal tumors, including 9 cases of medulloblastoma. 3 cases of ependymoma, 2 cases of medullary epithelioma and 1 case of glioblastoma were consistent with primitive neuroectodermal tumors of central nervous system.
